Customer Champion Program

customer-serviceAs DDS is continuing to improve communication channels with our customers, we have recently introduced the brand new Customer Champion Program. Each customer will have a dedicated customer service representative who will champion all the issues of his or her customers. Champions will be in frequent contact with their customers to proactively address any concerns. Started on October 30, 2013, this Customer Champion Program enables DDS to work with our customers to follow up and resolve problems more effectively and efficiently, and to achieve “Total Customer Satisfaction”.
