Project Management

Project Services begin with identifying system issues prior to awarding of a contract and continue until final system acceptance. From the initial decision process until your system is fully operational and accepted, you have the services of a Project Manager. He/She is there, not only to ensure that the equipment is installed and working correctly but also to keep you informed on every aspect of the project.

The Project Manager meets with the customer to provide technical consultation and to perform site and radio surveys. In addition, the Project Manager is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all aspects of the project including services and equipment provided by third party vendors such as radio equipment and leased lines.

Once all of the equipment is on site, the system is installed and commissioned by performing complete functional and radio coverage tests. Once training has been completed, the system is turned on "live" and system acceptance testing is performed. To complete the package, standard product documentation and site-specific system documentation are provided.
