24 – Hour Emergency Support
We realize that it is essential to have our systems operational at all times to support the 24/7 operations of taxi business. Hence we offer 24/7 emergency telephone support covering all time zones from our locations in Canada, Finland, Singapore, Sweden, and U.K. Each site has experts trained on products and systems operating in their region and a three level deep support structure is maintained to provide excellent technical coverage of problems.
Support Team
Digital Dispatch's support team consists of industry experienced front-line support personnel backed up by seasoned Software and Hardware Engineering Personnel. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) trained on the operation of our products are available by telephone to assist customers with any problem. Each incident reported is logged in an incident database and tracked to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Normally CSRs are able to resolve the customer's difficulty. If the problem is beyond the scope of a CSR, it is escalated to either Software or Product Support Personnel and may be further escalated to either Hardware or Software Development Personnel for resolution.
