Customer Training

Digital Dispatch trains all users of the system including customer service representatives, technical staff, dispatchers/supervisors, and radio shop contractors through use of:

• On-site initial training
  
• Clear and concise manuals, handbooks, and reference cards
  
• Factory-based formal technical courses

Skills training is provided as part of a new system installation. More extensive training courses may be offered on site or at one of our locations.
