Digital Dispatch at TLPA Preview
It is that time of year again! Look for DDS at booth 104, right next to the TLPA booth.
This year at the TLPA we’ll have interesting demonstrations for you, including Pathfinder™, TaxiBook™, iMAX MDTs, and some giveaways, including a flatscreen LCD monitor as the major prize (don’t forget to drop your business card in the bowl to win!), but the most interesting thing is always the people you meet, so here is a quick run-down on each person who will be manning the Digital Dispatch booth this year:

Vari Ghai
Vari has been actively involved in the wireless mobile data industry for over 20 years and is the founder of DDS Wireless™. Now CEO of DDS Wireless International, Vari is also currently acting President of Digital Dispatch.

| Bernie Macht
Bernie is Director of Sales for North America, and brought to Digital Dispatch a wealth of experience in sales, development and training, including 12 years at ACL services Ltd. Bernie’s varied experience and techniques enable him to express solutions in terms of value for customers and the opportunity they present. |
Viji Maini
Viji is the Director of Projects and Customer Service at Digital Dispatch, looking after all customer service cases, Software Service Agreements, as well as implementations. Prior to DDS Viji spent over 15 years in Project Management and IT, including managing large IT projects for Vancouver Airport Authority and Motorola.

| Pierre Massicotte
Pierre is the Director of Application Software for Digital Dispatch, overseeing the Pathfinder, TaxiTrack and TaxiBook platforms, as well as integration and development. Pierre’s strong technical and business background positions him well to lead the architecture, development and future direction for DDS products and ensure our technology leadership. |
Kal Gill
Kal is the Territory Sales Manager for Western North America, and has been with DDS since March 1998, which means he has spent over 11 years selling and managing dispatch systems for taxi companies throughout North America. Additionally, Kal has been in the High Tech industry for over 25 years and has multiple family members involved with taxi companies in the Vancouver, Canada area.

Nick Guarna
Nick is the Territory Sales Manager for Central and Eastern USA and Canada. He has a solid business background and over 10 years sales experience in Point Of Sale, Barcoding, RFID and mobility sales. |
Todd Miller
Todd is the Central USA Territory Manager for Digital Dispatch, and is based in Kansas City, Kansas. He has 18 years experience in sales, with highlights being two years as the Transportation Vertical Executive Account Manager for Cingular and 2 years as the GPS Solutions Product Manager for GE Energy Geospatial Solutions Group. |
Darius Woody
Darius is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is the South East USA regional sales representative. Prior to DDS, Darius spent 11 years with IBM in management with experience in various fields of information technology including hardware, software, services, and finance. |
Jared Mendham
Jared is the Marketing Manager at Digital Dispatch, and is responsible for most marketing materials by DDS, including Zone Broadcast. Originally from Australia, Jared has experience in a range of government and private enterprise marketing roles, from vegetables to hydro-electric power. |
