User Conference Preview

Digital Dispatch is running its User Conference this year in alongside the 91st TLPA Annual Convention and Trade Show, which is next week! From 1.30 to 5pm on Monday 5th of October DDS will host the user meeting and then from 6pm to 9pm we will host a dinner for all attendees.

Zone Broadcast thought it might take this opportunity to focus in on the agenda for the meeting and give a little information on what will be featured, and who will be presenting the items.

1.30 – 1.45: Opening welcome by Vari Ghai
Vari will open the User Group meeting, with Bernie Macht, Director of Sales for North America acting as MC for the remainder of the meeting.

1.45 – 2.40: Software & Hardware
Presented by Pierre Massicotte, the Director of Application Software for Digital Dispatch, this presentation will focus on several key areas:

• New and updated modules for TaxiTrack and Pathfinder
• iMAX 8000 and 9000 MDTs
• Software differences between TaxiTrack and Pathfinder

2.40 – 3.00: Presentation by Matt Langlinais from Biloxi City Cab, Missouri
Matt Langlinais is President of Biloxi City Cab, a medium sized cab company operating in Biloxi, Missouri, and is currently running DDS Pathfinder. An advocate for the software, Matt will relate his experiences with the install and operation of Pathfinder at his company.

3.00 – 3.20: Break with drinks & snacks
Muffins and Coffee!

3.20 – 3.50: Presentations from Cab Connect, Unified Dispatch International & MJM Innovations
Digital Dispatch has invited several partners to present briefly on how their product plugs into the DDS solution, and how it can help you to get more out of your DDS system.

3.50 – 4.40: TaxiTrack to Pathfinder upgrade path, Customer Service
Presented by Viji Maini, we will dive into how an upgrade from TaxiTrack to Pathfinder proceeds, what you see on your end and how it affects (or doesn’t affect) your operations. Viji will also touch on Customer Service and MDT repair.

4.40 – 5.00: Question time & wrap up
Here we will open it up to the floor if you have any questions stemming from the presentations earlier in the day, or other questions you would like to ask any of the assembled Digital Dispatch personnel. The remaining time between the finish of this segment and the start of dinner at 6pm can be used for one on one time with DDS people, or freshening up back at your hotel room.

6.00 – 9.00: Dinner in the meeting room
DDS will provide a buffet dinner and drinks, providing an opportunity to network with other DDS solution users and interact with DDS personnel.
