System Operations

Digital Dispatch Systems is one of four vendors approved by the TLC to proceed in furtherance of Digital Dispatch Systems' proposal to supply and operate a system for a period of 3 years. This will include a help desk, driver training and equipment support. Trials with 50 vehicles are expected to start in February, 2007.
