TaxiBook™ is an internet based taxi dispatch service provided by Digital Dispatch, the leading technology provider for taxis worldwide for over 20 years. TaxiBook™ is designed primarily for small taxi fleets who do not require the advanced fleet management capabilities of our full-scale enterprise solutions. TaxiBook™ is offered as a bundled package, varying based on the unique needs of taxi operators in different parts of the world.

In North America, TaxiBook™ is available as a subscription-based monthly service. The bundle includes trip booking and dispatching functions, in-vehicle mobile data computer and airtime, automatic vehicle location, electronic card payments, optional customer account billing, and support, maintenance, and training. Taxi companies can access the system’s server computers from anywhere in the world using a PC with a high-speed Internet connection..

The European service of TaxiBook™ is tailored to meet the fleet management needs of the European taxi operators. Our offices in the U.K. and Finland offer complete service and support to customers in Europe.
